Intermediate Volley Drills
Build confidence and consistency at the kitchen line with drills designed to improve volley control, placement, reaction time, and technique . Players will work on forehand and backhand volleys, blocks, punch volleys, and maintaining proper paddle position during faster exchanges.
Drills will emphasize compact swings, stable positioning, controlled contact, and directing volleys to purposeful targets rather than simply returning the ball.
Recommended for: Intermediate players who want to improve their net game, reduce volley errors, react more effectively to faster shots, and become more confident during kitchen-line exchanges.
