Intermediate Countering Bangers

Learn how to stay composed and in control against players who rely on hard drives and fast-paced shots . This drill session focuses on using proper paddle positioning, compact swings, blocks, counters, and resets to effectively handle pace without overhitting.

Players will practice recognizing when to block, reset, counterattack, or let an out ball go , while improving reaction time and positioning at the kitchen line.

Recommended for: Intermediate players who want to become more confident against aggressive hitters and turn an opponent’s power into controlled, strategic responses.
