Drills - High Intermediate Reset Drills

About this event

High Intermediate Reset Drills – Optimize Your Transition Zone Skills

Develop a stronger transition game with advanced drills designed to help players neutralize pressure and turn defensive situations into offensive opportunities . Players will work on precise resets, absorbing pace, handling balls at their feet, resetting from different court positions, and advancing strategically through the transition zone.

Drills will emphasize decision-making, controlled movement, consistency under pressure, and recognizing when to reset, counterattack, or move forward.

Recommended for: High Intermediate players who want to sharpen their transition-zone skills, handle faster-paced exchanges, and consistently work their way to the kitchen against stronger opponents.
