Many players are waiting for someone else to go first. If you’re the only registrant within 4 hours of start time, you won’t lose your money. You can hit with the ball machine for free, play with skilled team members, or receive court credit for next time.

• Rating Level: Please make sure you are registered for the correct rating level. If not, you may be moved to another open play session if space allows.

• Court Movement: Do not move from court to court. We have a 6‑player maximum per court, and staff must ensure courts are balanced before any adjustments are made.

• Game Format: Games are played to 9 points, win by 1.

• Multiple‑Court Sessions: If the event uses two or more courts, please use one shared paddle stack for all waiting players.

Rotation Rules:

• The winning team stays on, then splits.

• The next two players in the stack join them on court.

• Players may stay on court for a maximum of two consecutive games (not two consecutive wins).

Policy

**Late/No Show Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, without notice to DDUTSA, your reservation will be canceled without any court credit and your spot will be given to the next player(s) on the waitlist.

**Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 4 hours prior to the event to receive an account credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the event will not receive account credit or be refunded.
