Beyond the Basics is the next step in a player's development after completing The Basics. It's designed for players who understand the rules and scoring, but want to build consistency, confidence, and smarter on-court decisions .

This 7-week progression focuses on the shots and patterns you use in real games, helping you feel more in control and less reactive. After completing this series, you’ll be ready to join one of our leagues or SWISH events.

Each week includes focused instruction followed by guided play, so you can apply what you’re learning right away.

Players rated between 2.5–3.25 who want more structure, better consistency, and a clearer understanding of how to win points without relying on power.
