About this event

Tuesday 7:30-9pm Tennis League Rules (Rolling Average)

You must register on CourtReserve for each night you plan to attend. Do not register for the night if you cannot make it. The club will not be responsible for finding a sub for you.

There must be a minimum of 2 registrants for the night to be viable.

The cost for a member would be $17.66 for each night. Premium Members would only pay the $1.61 ball fee per week.

The initial starting court for each player will be determined by the Smithfield TPC League Coordinator.

Each night the 4 players on the court will receive the score card and play 1 set with each other player and record their results.

Each court will receive 1 can of new balls to use.

Standings will be determined on a rolling average of the players' weekly scores, with the 1 st score falling off after the 4 th night played, and so on.

The courts will receive extra “Strength of Court Points” for each player on that court, based the court (court 1 will get 2pts, court 2 will get 1.5pts, court 3 will get 1pts, and court 4 will get .5pts).

If a player is a “No Show” they will receive a score of 0 for the night.

We will allow 16 players per night to play and have a waiting list for any others who wish to sign up if a player were to withdraw for a night.

If we do not have a full doubles court, two courts may be joined to play “Singles/Doubles” where you will play 1 set of Singles, and 2 sets of Doubles for the night.

If we were in a situation where we have an odd #, we may be…
