Adult Absolute Beginner (1.0-2.0):
This program is designed for players who are just starting to play tennis. Using Tennis Canada’s Progressive tennis model, the program makes learning fun and helps new players achieve early success. With modified tennis equipment (balls, nets, etc.), players will master the basics and fundamentals while building the skills and confidence they need to step onto the court. This program will focus on rallying, serving, volleying and scoring in singles and doubles.
