Adult Intermediate (3.0+):
The Adult Intermediate Program is designed for adults who can already rally consistently on their forehands and backhands and understand basic tactical strategies. The program is designed to elevate players' games by refining their skills through a combination of dead-ball exercises for repetition and live-ball drills that simulate match conditions. Players will focus on starting points by directing the serve, maintaining consistent rallies and improving the reception of volleys in singles and doubles.
