Pickleball for Parkinson’s

Pickleball for Parkinson’s is a welcoming, supportive 6-week program designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. This program uses the game of pickleball as a fun, engaging way to promote movement, coordination, and social connection in a safe and encouraging environment.

Participants will meet once per week for a 2-hour session . Each session is thoughtfully structured to include:

Instructional guidance and clinic-style teaching , focusing on fundamentals and a progressive development of skills

Guided open play , allowing participants to practice skills, build confidence, and enjoy friendly, social play with peers

No prior pickleball experience is required. The program is adaptable to all ability levels, with instruction paced to support comfort, success, and enjoyment. Above all, Pickleball for Parkinson’s emphasizes community, encouragement, and having fun while staying active.

Whether you are new to pickleball or looking for a supportive way to stay moving, this program offers a positive, social, and empowering experience both on and off the court.
