Specialty Clinic with Sara (6 Weeks)

About this event

Here's the Specialty Clinic description:

Player-Led Specialty Clinic | Your Game, Your Focus

Overview

The Player-Led Specialty Clinic is built for players who know what they need to work on and want dedicated court time to address it.

Each session begins with a brief group discussion where players and the coach identify the focus for the day. Whether it is a specific shot, a pattern of play, or a situation that keeps costing points in matches, this clinic puts the training agenda in the hands of the group.

This is intentional improvement, driven by you.

Performance Focus

Each session is shaped by the players and coach together. Training may target:

Third shot execution under match pressure

Dinking consistency, placement, and speed-up recognition

Transition zone movement and reset mechanics

Serve and return strategy and depth control

Defensive positioning and neutralization patterns

Offensive patterns and point construction

Any shot, situation, or habit the group brings to the floor

No two sessions are identical. The focus shifts with the group's needs.

What You'll Develop

Targeted improvement in your most pressing areas of the game

Greater self-awareness about what is costing you points

Stronger execution of skills applied directly to your match play

Confidence addressing weaknesses before they become habits

A sharper ability to identify and correct your own game in real time

Who This Is For

Designed for players at any level who want structured coaching time around their specific game.
