About this event

⚡ Fast Hands Clinic: Master the Net Firefight Are you getting overpowered during rapid net exchanges? Do you feel like your reflexes just aren't fast enough when opponents speed up the ball? "Fast Hands" is not about natural reflexes—it is about elite preparation, compact technique, and anticipation. This high-intensity clinic is specifically engineered to cut down your reaction time, tighten your mechanics, and give you the confidence to stand your ground and win fast-paced hand battles at the kitchen line.

What You Will Learn

The "Zero-Slack" Ready Position: Learn to position your paddle in the optimal strike zone (above the belly button, out in front) and banish the habit of dropping your paddle between shots.

Compact "Punch" Mechanics : Eliminate large backswings. You will practice short, efficient punch volleys that allow for an instant recovery and reload

Backhand-Dominant Cheating: Master the 11 o’clock neutral paddle position to cover 80% of your body instinctively, eliminating the split-second decision-making that slows you down

Still Feet, Quick Arms : Discover how stabilizing your lower body and keeping your feet quiet actually speeds up your upper-body reaction time
