CANCELLATION POLICY
McCarren Tennis Center charges for all services at the time of booking and operates on a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, including no shows.
Customers who cancel a court reservation or lesson/clinic outside the 24-hour window will be issued an account credit towards applicable service offerings in the future. Refunds may also be requested for cancellations made outside the 24-hour window.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for ball carts, ball machines, transportation fees, or junior enrollment programs. Approved refunds are subject to a 7% processing fee.
Credits expire 1 year from the date of original purchase.
