High-Rep Tennis (level 3.5+)

About this event

High Rep Tennis

This high-energy tennis clinic is designed to get you moving, sweating, and hitting a ton of balls. The first hour focuses on intensive feeding drills (dead-ball feeding) combined with fitness and movement work using ladders, cones, and other dynamic footwork exercises. You'll improve your stroke consistency, court coverage, and overall conditioning in a fast-paced, structured environment. The last 30 minutes transition into live point play, where we incorporate the same skills and patterns practiced earlier into competitive, game-like scenarios. Whether you're looking to elevate your fitness, sharpen your technique, or just hit a massive number of balls, this program delivers a great workout with a tennis twist.
