Want to get better at Pickleball? Build the skills, confidence and consistency to take your game to the next level with Foundations with Flora . Whether you are just getting started, looking to fine tune your technique, or wanting focused reps on a specific shot, this series of classes is a perfect way to build better habits, improve shot confidence and elevate every part of your game.

In our Stop, Block, & Roll class, players will learn to develop an underrated, yet essential, part of the game: the fourth shot. Learn how to keep pressure on your opponent on the defensive, while developing technique for a flawless block , roll , or flick .
