Want to get better at Pickleball? Build the skills, confidence and consistency to take your game to the next level with Foundations with Flora . Whether you are just getting started, looking to fine tune your technique, or wanting focused reps on a specific shot, this series of classes is a perfect way to build better habits, improve shot confidence and elevate every part of your game.

In our Mastering the Transition Zone class, players will focus on drives , drops , and resets , to build confidence on their transition from baseline to kitchen line. Through adjustments in technique, high repetition drills, and live application, players will learn how to take back control of the point after the third shot.
