About this event
If your backhand makes you wince a little before you hit it, this one's for you. We'll spend the session building real mechanics and real confidence on that side, covering both one handed and two handed backhand technique, so it stops being the shot you avoid and starts being just another shot. No judgment, just reps and a session built to make that backhand feel normal again.
