COACH JAY’S “OVERHEAD SMASH & LOB” SESSIONS
$31.50 + tax / 1-hour session per person for Dill members (Monthly/Annual/Daytime/Junior members); $35 + tax / 1-hour session per person for non-members

Join Coach Jay in working on the fundamentals of both THE OVERHEAD SMASH & LOB through instruction and drilling. The 1-hour session involves the following:
• The Overhead Shot – work on the fundamentals of the forehand overhead shot including footwork and positioning.
• The Lob Shot – work on executing effective lobs (both groundstroke lobs and volley lobs).
• Lob and Overhead mini-games.
