COACH JAY’S “GROUNDSTROKES & DEFENSIVE RESET SHOT” SESSIONS

$31.50 + tax / 1-hour session per person for Dill members (Monthly/Annual/Daytime/Junior members); $35 + tax / 1-hour session per person for non-members

Minimum # of People = 3 / Maximum # of People = 4

Join Coach Jay in working on the fundamentals of both THE GROUNDSTROKE & THE DEFENSIVE RESET SHOT through instruction and drilling. The 1-hour session involves the following:

• The Aggressive Groundstrokes – learn the attacking forehand and backhand groundstroke and groundstroke technique (backswing, swing trajectory, front contact point, follow through)

• The Defensive Reset Shot – learn the fundamentals of the defensive Reset shot (short backswing, front contact point, block follow through, feet and lower body positioning)

• Groundstrokes and Resets mini-games.
