Stretch and Mobility Class with MJ

This class is a combination of strength and flexibility geared towards countering the repetitive movements required in Pickleball. We will work on balance and include some cardio and specific movements that are a part of the game. Greater range of motion combined with strength to help prevent injuries is the goal. Music is used to create a fun positive atmosphere. Please bring your own yoga mat .

This program will be done near the changeroom-equipment area.

Booking priority is given to members 7 days in advance of each session. Spaces available 5 days before a program can be booked by non-members by self-registering on CourtReserve or calling 226-979-1174 or emailing [email protected] . Non-members pay a fee of $15.00 per person plus HST.
