Get ready to sweat, smile, and move! Join Sonia for the ultimate ZUMBA pickleball exercise class at Crush Yard Orlando every Saturday at 11am . This class fuses high-energy, easy-to-follow ZUMBA choreography with fun, light movement using a pickleball paddle. It’s a total-body workout set to amazing music! Come for the fitness, stay for the unstoppable energy—all levels are welcome!

What to Expect:

High-energy, Latin-inspired ZUMBA routines for the court.

Easy-to-follow steps and simple moves to keep you engaged.

An uplifting, non-judgmental, and welcoming vibe perfect for all fitness levels.

Your pickleball paddle used as a fun prop for added rhythm and light resistance.

What to Bring:

Water bottle and towel (you will sweat!).

Comfortable workout clothes.

Your own pickleball paddle (optional, but encouraged to use as a prop).

Non-marking athletic shoes required.

Signed waiver (once per calendar year).
