About this event
Liveball or Speedball is a tennis adapted training game that is fantastic cardio, and teaches players how to be successful with a variety of shots using repetition and teamwork! Check out this demo video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYsM4Wh6yuE
Dayton will lead the instruction and feed the rallies!
Challengers get the feed and instruction. If they hit a ball out or in the net, that one player rotates out. If they have two rallies, to "live". If the Kings kick them out the challengers rotate off.
Challengers need to win 3 consecutive rallies, before losing two! Challengers follow instructions to start with a drive, drop or lob. The Kings of the court are up at the kitchen line as long as they win. If they lose the second rally, the challengers get to start at the kitchen. If they win that rally, the kings start in the back of the court. If at any time the challengers hit a clean winner, or win 3 rallies in a row, the kings are off court!
