About this event

We’re excited to announce updates that will make your PICKLEBALL experience smoother, fairer, and more enjoyable. Beginning Monday, October 6, 2025 , we are introducing a new Court Rotation System along with hourly registration for Open Play .

What’s Changing

Court Rotation System:

- All 9 courts will now follow a synchronized rotation.

- Court Rotation begins at 4 PM on weekdays and will be activated on weekends based on crowd size.

- Games will run on a set timer to keep play moving and wait times short.

- After each round, players rotate off and new players from the queue rotate in.

How to Sign Up

- Sign‑up is required whenever the Court Rotation system is active or when front desk staff determine it is needed.

- During check‑in, staff will assign players to a court. A minimum of 3 players is required to start the timer, or you may join the waitlist. Maximum players per sign‑up is 8.

- Three self‑registration kiosks are available inside the courts. Simply select a court and scan your PNT code to join.

- The kiosk will display the average wait time and the next available court , helping you plan your play.

Hourly Registration for Open Play

- Members will register for Open Play in hourly blocks (maximum of 2 hours per player).

- Players wishing to continue beyond 2 hours may do so with front desk approval , subject to availability.

- Each hour will have a set capacity to ensure consistent court time for all.
