Williams Family YMCA – More Than Tennis

The Williams Family YMCA is home to one of the First Coast’s premier tennis communities, featuring 13 clay tennis courts and year-round programming for players of all ages and skill levels. From youth development and beginner instruction to adult clinics, leagues, USTA teams, competitive play, private lessons, and tournaments, Williams offers opportunities to learn, compete, and stay connected through tennis. We are also proud to partner with local high school teams for their camps and serve as their home courts.

And your experience doesn’t stop at the courts. Williams is a **full-service YMCA** with amenities and programming designed to complement your game and support your total health and wellness. Members have access to an outdoor pool, full-size gymnasium, pickleball, cardio and strength-training areas, and approximately 70 Group Exercise classes each week, including nationally recognized LES MILLS® programming. Healthy Living programs include LIVESTRONG, Exercise Is Medicine, Diabetes Prevention, Youth Certification and more!

Looking to take your performance to the next level? Our certified Personal Trainers offer individualized training, while specialty and Small Group Training programs include Women on Weights, strength development, sports-specific performance training, and training designed specifically for tennis players—helping improve strength, mobility, agility, balance, power, and overall conditioning. We are proud to be home to EGYM- Technology and Fitness combined. Need to get on the courts fast but also fit in a quick strength workout? EGYM circuit is designed specifically for you! The system remembers and sets each machine to your settings and weight, it guides you through each rep and keeps track of your progress for you! Full body workout complete within 15 minutes!
